DMX began to rap from the mid 1990s. In the month of May 1998, he recorded his debut album, It's Dark and HOT. Among his other albums were... and There was X, the Great Depression Year of the Dog... and then there was x, the Great Depression Year of the Dog... the Redemption of the Beast Gran Champ and Flesh of Flesh Blood of Blood. The album was nominated for a Grammy Award for the Best Rap Album Category. The album titled...And Then there Was X. In addition to his musical profession, he's also appeared in films like Lords of the Street Belly Top Five Exit Wounds Always Die Alone, Never Die alone bleeding Romeo Should Die Backstage beyond the Law Lockjaw The Rise of the Kulev Serpent and Fast and Fierce Death Race.
